A Room Too Far

[My Work]

My Role:

My primary role working on A Room Too Far was 3D modeling and animation of game assests, primarily focussed on the monsters, armor, and the player's character. I also participated in testing of both the game's level editor and play-mode.

Monsters:

Synth: A clusmy robot that runs up to players and slashes them with its claws before running away in fear.

Mirage: A dangerous creature with the ability to multiply itself while attacking with its lethal claws. This is one of the more dangerous creatures in A Room Too Far, and should be approached with caution.

Cable Maw: This creepy plant with electric tentacles will pull close by players into its mouth. The plant walks by using its tentacles as legs to shuffle into dark corners to await its next victom.

Cacklebranch

This trickster enjoys mocking the player, flaunting its oversized gun while firing madly in all directions. While being one of the easiest monsters to defeat one on one, they usually move in large groups.

Dart Plant

The Dart plant sways in the breeze, as if a harmless flower. However, when a player gets too close it will hunch its stem back and shoot venomous darts at whoever is in its line of sight.

NOTE: I did not do any animations for this monster.

Bushling

With the movement of an agile monkey, the Bushling is lightning quick and lethal with its sharp claws. Its strange mask-like face is used to lure prey.
